I joined Augmented Human 2011 in Tokyo.
Last month, I planed to participate in Augmented Human 2011 in Tokyo.
However, On 11th March, the day before AH2011, the great earthquake was happened in Tohoku.
Who thought the conference will be held?
But the sponsors of AH2011 decided to hold it as a “virtual conference” on the Internet.
Prof. Rekimoto said ”Augmented Human is not made for defeat!!”
It means a lot, I think.
I made my presentation through virtual conference system they created.
My presentation might not be great, but AH2011 tell us so important things.
The conference was not made for defeat.
The conference created a new conference style.
The conference taught us “never give up”.
