Hello, this is Adhe from M2 member.
I would like to share my first international conference, International Conference on Intelligent Informatics and Biomedical Sciences (ICIIBMS 2022). ICIIBMS 2022 was held from November 24th to 26th in a hybrid format in Nara.
The first and third days were for online presentations only. Fortunately, I could participate by giving an oral presentation on-site with the special assistant from professor Tsuchida. It was a good and valuable opportunity to attend the conference on-site. I could enjoy the best scenery of Momiji during peak season and had a little play with the deer prior to the presentation.
My presentation was held in the first session, so I was very nervous back then. I gave a presentation entitled “EMG-based Recognition Method of Finger Movement Impairment Level on Post-Stroke Patient Based on Fugl-Meyer Assessment”. Thankfully, I was able to give the presentation without any trouble and also received several fruitful discussions during the presentation session and outside the session.
I also would like to express my gratitude to the teachers, the doctor, and the lab members who supported me during the experiment and writing process, as well as the presentation preparation and practice.
In the future, I will try my best to participate in various conferences and write many papers.
